EDUCATION IN REVERSE

Commissioned by Scottish Arts Council & Glasgow City Council
Inspired by Ivan Illich’s proposition, ‘Education for all means education
by all.’ This project consisted of seven days of site visits, screenings,
talks, seminars and performances presented as educational events.
All the events were selected from an open submission of ideas
submitted by the general public. The events formed a short syllabus
of seminars including ‘How to win at Shawfield Dog Races’, ‘The Evil
Eye: A Short History’ and ‘ A Guide to Urban Camping’.
